Merisa Donoghue

Quadra Fusion has a very strong engineering/technical team comprising of Les Tibbo and Emily Celeste. As a result, Donoghue, is free to focus more on the creative aspects of music production and arranging which is where her greatest strengths lie. Thirty years as a musician, singer, and songwriter living in a technically proficient family have given Donoghue the knowledge and insight necessary to put artists instantly at ease in a technical setting, and assist in fulfilling their creative vision.  

In addition to producing, Donoghue joins the technical team in the mixing of projects engineered at Quadra Fusion. Artist development and mentorship are also and important and integral part of her experience

Les Tibbo

Les Tibbo

Les Tibbo, also known as "The Dirty Flannel Dawg" brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Quadra Fusion based on over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Understanding the science of sound is the end product of his strong, technical engineering background, and as a result he is able to utilize equipment and space efficiently, and to best advantage. In addition, he is also highly proficient in the use of a wide variety of music production tools.

During the past three decades Tibbo has built a project studio of impressive quality that delivers what it promises, and is very comfortable to work in. He has engineered, mixed and mastered numerous full-length CD productions, as well as dozens of demo projects under the Madawaska Music banner. Tibbo is also an excellent live sound engineer and has acted as Front of House Engineer for a number of CD release concerts.

A highly skilled guitarist, Tibbo's versatile and unique guitar stylings are a great asset in the studio, and more than a few projects have benefited from his contribution.

Emily Celeste

With a strong educational background and related experience Emily is an integral part of Quadra Fusion. Her skills and knowledge, both in studio and in the field are tremendous assets, and add greatly to the technical expertise the company is able to offer.

Emily successfully completed the renowned Music Industry Arts (MIA) program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario in April 2003. During the very demanding 2-year program she became proficient in the use of industry standard recording technology, in addition to studying production, music industry law, music theory and MIDI (music instrument digital interface).

Despite her youth Emily is a strongly focused and highly disciplined professional who is very organized and detail oriented. She has produced a number of studio demo projects as Chief Engineer as well as assisted on several other full-length CD productions for Madawaska Music, now known as Quadra Fusion.

Emily Celeste is also a talented and disciplined musician, as well as a singer/songwriter.
